In other words, consider the uploading time plus 48 hrs and share to anywhere you want. ii) Every single torrent is allowed to share, except unfamiliar torrents like the one with link provided on your post. Usually, these torrents are ripped and uploaded by one person. The best way is you should send messages to the uploaders (or the rippers) before uploading to other sites.
